1. Introduction

Welcome to DAVE’S LAWN CARE LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

DAVE’S LAWN CARE LLC offers a range of lawn care services, including but not limited to:

• Lawn mowing
• Trimming
• Edging
• Shrub Trimming
• Mulching
• Landscaping

3. Service Agreements

3.1 Scheduling

All services will be scheduled based on mutual agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time and date but reserve the right to adjust the schedule as needed. Please allow for a 3-day window from the time services are scheduled to accommodate for unforeseen delays such as inclement weather or equipment issues. DAVE’S LAWN CARE LLC will attempt contact should any delays in service arise.

3.2 Service Frequency

The frequency of service (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) will be agreed upon in advance. Changes to the frequency must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

Fees for services will be quoted in advance and are subject to change based on the scope of work. Any changes in fees will be discussed and agreed upon between DAVE’S LAWN CARE LLC and you, the client, before continuing any service. Any additional work not specified in the initial agreement will incur extra charges.

4.2 Payment Schedule

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit card, check, and other payment apps that can be noted in the SERVICE CONTRACT.

4.3 Late Fees

Payments not received within 7 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 15% every 7 days until payment is received in full. If a payment is withheld in good faith for a reasonable cause, late payment interest may not be due. Please contact DAVE’S LAWN CARE LLC for issues regarding payments.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Access

You are responsible for ensuring that our team has clear and unobstructed access to the areas where services are to be performed. DAVE’S LAWN CARE LLC works between the hours of 8am-8pm, so any working areas should be accessible between these two times.

5.2 Safety

Please remove any obstacles or hazards from the work area to ensure the safety of our staff. DAVE’S LAWN CARE LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by unremoved obstacles.

5.3 Pets and Children

For safety reasons, please keep pets and children away from the work area during service times. Please keep all pet droppings clean and away from service areas a day prior to work.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the initial cost of service.

6.2 Service Interruption

In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule services at no additional charge. DAVE’S LAWN CARE LLC will be in contact immediately should a service need to be rescheduled.

6.3 Cancellation Refund

DAVE’S LAWN CARE LLC, and you, the customer, reserve the right to cancel any prepaid contracts prior to 24 hours of any scheduled work with a return of any deposits and/or prepayments after any outstanding balances are paid.

7. Liability

7.1 Damage

DAVE’S LAWN CARE LLC will not be liable for any damage to property, plants, or lawn equipment not specified in the service agreement, unless caused by our negligence.

7.2 Insurance

We are fully insured for liability and worker’s compensation. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 24 hours written notice for any reason, whatsoever. Any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination must be paid.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation/arbitration in accordance with the laws of Jefferson County, Missouri.

10. Photography

DAVE’S LAWN CARE LLC often takes photographs of working areas as promotional material. Agreeing to these terms and conditions authorizes DAVE’S LAWN CARE LLC to take pictures on and of the service property. Personal information (i.e. house number, license plate number, inside the house, residents, pets) will not be photographed and/or shared for public viewing. Amendments to this clause should be expressed in writing to DAVE’S LAWN CARE LLC.

11. Amendments

DAVE’S LAWN CARE LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
